The Harrison Mayor's Fund is a charitable organization dedicated to helping those in need of financial assistance in the greater Harrison community. The Mayor's Fund assists citizens in a variety of ways. With the assistance of Christ of Loving Hands (another charitable organization in the community) the Fund provides grocery vouchers, food pantry items, Duke energy bill assistance and occasionally rent payments. During the holiday season, the Mayor's Fund, together with the various local churches and schools, provides assistance in the form of food, clothing, winter coats and toys to hundreds of families.

The Mayor's Fund raises money through various fund-raising activities throughout the year like the Mayor's Fund Golf Outing. The Mayor’s Fund volunteers also participate in various fund raising booths at local festivals and activities held by the Harrison Recreation Commission. Other organizations and events also contribute to the Mayor's Fund, such as the "Soup Bowls" event at William Henry Harrison High School. The Mayor's Fund always accepts donations. Contributions can be made by check and sent to:  Mayor's Fund, PO Box 471, Harrison, OH 45030.

A new component of the Harrison Mayor's Fund will be a scholarship program to benefit seniors at William Henry Harrison High School. SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
