The Utilities Department is responsible for the monthly billing of approximately 4,800 active accounts. The department is also responsible for utility bill collections, responding to delinquent accounts, issuance of shut off notices and development of daily work orders for water system maintenance personnel.
The City has engaged Point&Pay for online utility bill processing. You can pay up to $10,000 on your utility bill online with either your credit/debit card (3 % fee with a minimum of $2) or by Electronic Check (free). The credit cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You may review current and past bills as well as set up future automatic payments.
Please allow a minimum of 24 to 48 hours for each transaction to be applied to your utility account. Payments are considered received when they are applied to your account. You can get a receipt for your online payment by printing the confirmation screen.
