UPDATE 11/13/23 Gradison has withdrawn the application so this public hearing is canceled. If a new application is submitted, it will first be considered by Harrison Planning Commission.

ORIGINAL NOTICE:  The City Council of Harrison, Ohio has scheduled a public hearing for 6PM on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 to hear a request from Gradison Development and their application for a zone change from R-0 to R-1 and the Preliminary Plan for a proposed PUD-RES Overlay on an R-1 zoned property for a proposed residential development (Oakland Hills) on Carolina Trace Road.  The hearing will take place at the Harrison Community Center, 300 George Street, Harrison, Ohio, 45030. The map and text will be displayed at the Building and Zoning Department between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.
