The Wall That Heals, a three-quarter scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. and accompanying mobile Education Center, will be in Harrison June 10-13, 2021. The memorial will be open to the public 24 hours per day.
Volunteers are still needed to help guide visitors as they visit the memorial. The site will be JTM Food Group, 110 Industrial Drive, Harrison, Ohio.
Shifts are typically four hours long with six volunteers during the daytime and three volunteers in the overnight slots. Volunteers must be available for a shift (listed below) and a mandatory, one-hour training session at 6 p.m. June 9 at the site. Each volunteer will receive a commemorative t-shirt and ID badge.
