The City of Harrison, Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing for 7:00PM on October 10, 2023 to hear the application for a zone change from R-0 to R-1 and the Preliminary Plan for a proposed PUD-RES Overlay on an R-1 zoned property for a proposed residential development on Carolina Trace Road. The hearing will take place at the Harrison Community Center, 300 George Street, Harrison, Ohio, 45030. The map and text will be displayed at the Building and Zoning Department between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Anyone with comments and interested in the above, should plan to attend the meeting and express concerns.
