After a three-year hiatus, the Harrison Senior Chorus is practicing again.
Members of the chorus say there is a need for baritone voices. Choral practice is Mondays at 9:30 a.m. in the multipurpose room at Harrison Community Center (300 George Street). Barbara Kessler is the contact person for the choir and she can be reached at (513) 207-3706.
The chorus will perform at the Christmas party Dec. 8 at 10:30 a.m. the Community Center.
Becky Nagel, senior center assistant, is seeking small gift items for door prizes at the party. Restaurant or bakery gift cards for $5 to $10 are appreciated. Questions can be directed to Nagal by email or by calling (513) 559-4175.
Many other activities are underway at Harrison Senior Center. The group visited Painted Tree in September, enjoyed an ice cream social in August, and toured Salty Dog Museum in July. Photos from the activities are available in a Facebook album.
