Does the City of Harrison have a curfew ordinance?
Yes! Juveniles, 16 and 17, may not be anyplace in the city, away from their residence from Midnight to 6 a.m. Juveniles under the age of 16 may not be anyplace in the city away from their residence from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.

*Exceptions – Juveniles accompanied by a parent or guardian, or, juveniles participating in or returning from employment, athletic, educational or religious events.
